TaxSphereLab provides personalized consulting, preparation, and filing solutions tailored to individual and corporate needs.

5. Physical Goods

TaxSphereLab may offer branded materials or printed publications for your reference.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are due upon enrollment in a service, purchase of a product, or order of goods. Prices are listed on our site and are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Once work has commenced, services are non-refundable; however, you may transfer any remaining sessions or deliverables to a future period at no extra charge.

7.2 Informational Products

For digital products not yet accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 10 business days. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for refund.

7.3 Physical Goods

Unused goods in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods.

8. Modifications to Terms

TaxSphereLab may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the email on file or by prominent notice on our site.
